Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped or processed for dispatch, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Returns & Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return, replacement and damaged only in cases where customers receive damaged items, incorrect products, or products with verified manufacturing defects, you can report us with in 48 hours, once we receive the item, we will replace it with in 2-3 working days, depending upon the item and stock availability
Refund Process
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the customer’s original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on banking or payment gateway procedures.
Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been installed, used, physically damaged due to improper handling, or customized specifically for the customer may not qualify for refunds or returns.
Replacement Policy
