Is Invertek really Made in India?

100%. Our 25,000 sq ft ISO 9001:2015 certified factory is at Najafgarh, South West Delhi. We manufacture, test and dispatch every unit ourselves. We've made 95,000 units in FY2025-26 alone.

What is your complaint rate?

0.6% — approximately 250 complaints across 95,000 units sold in the last year. We publish this number because no competitor will. Our PCB cards are pre-positioned at 100+ ASPs for fast resolution.

How fast is your service response?

24–48 hour resolution nationwide via 100+ Authorized Service Partners (ASPs), each with 8–10 trained engineers. In Delhi NCR, we have 3 direct company engineers.

ISO 9001:2015, BIS (mandatory India certification), COTECNA product conformity, CE & RoHS (export markets), MSME and GST registered. Every unit is 100% burn-in tested at factory before dispatch.

Can I upgrade my existing inverter to lithium battery?

Yes. All RAPID+ 1050 and above support LiFePO4 lithium batteries with automatic charge profile detection. Just replace your old battery with a PRETON+ — drop-in compatible with most existing inverters.
