With a background in financial consultancy, he has successfully built a trusted inverter manufacturing brand, expanded operations through global exports, and actively invested in ventures across logistics, diagnostics, and petrochemical sectors through Raays Venture Fund.
A visionary entrepreneur with strong expertise in power backup solutions, UPS systems, and energy technologies, known for driving brand growth, market expansion, and business scalability from regional markets to global opportunities. Recognized for innovative leadership, resilience, and building high-performing teams that deliver strong sales and sustainable business growth.
Bringing over 14 years of experience in R&D and power electronics, he has held leadership roles at Smarten Power and Su-Kam, along with experience at HCL, Infosys, and the Ministry of Defence. He now leads product innovation, engineering, and overall technology strategy at Invertek Energy.
Lalit Kapoor oversees financial strategy, fiscal operations, and compliance at Invertek Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., supporting the company’s expansion across India and global markets.
